Throughout the year the Weibring Golf Club receives many requests to donate golf packages or merchandise for activities supporting various charitable organizations. In order for your donation request to be considered by the Illinois State UniversityAthletics department and Weibring Golf Club you must follow the listed procedures and complete theContribution Request Formin order to determine if the request meets the NCAA guidelines.
Please download fill out completely aContribution Request Form. All forms must be submitted to the ISU Athletics Marketing Office in Redbird Arena at least four (4) weeks prior to the activity (fax: 309-438-3880).
To request a golf package (2 rounds of golf) or golf merchandise please check the "Other Item" under the "What is being requested?" section of the Form.
