ISU Men’s Golf Association

• Friday night
• Shotgun start at 5:15
• May 2 – August 1^st
• August 8^th will be held as a rain date
• Player must have 3 - 18 hole or 6 – 9 hole scores entered in CDGA by May 22 to have a valid CDGA handicap
• Matches will be held from May 23 – August 1
• No League will be held on – May 16, June 6, and July 4

• 4 man teams will be used. 
• Teams will be divided in A players, B players, C players, and D players based on the handicap established by players.
• The teams will be a blind draw. Team drawings will be held on the 22^th of May. 
• 3 or 5 man teams may be used depending on the number of participants

• Any male, from any golf course, with a valid CDGA handicap may be used as a substitute.
• You are required to call ISU prior to Friday to inform us that you are going to use a sub or email mtschue@ilstu.edu.
• A sub does not have to have the same handicap as the player.
• If a player or sub is not present on league night; the player will forfeit the match and lose two points for his team.
• Matches must be played during Friday Night League
  • If neither player can make it then both players will be awarded one point
• There are no make ups (Please use a sub)

• Individual matches will be worth a total of 2 points each week.
• 1 point for match play and 1 point for net score
• Matches will be handicapped for both match play and net score
• Ties are worth ½ a point.

• The champions will be determined by overall point standing

• Prize money will be given to 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place teams

• All events will be played from the forest tee markers unless otherwise noted.
• Members must post all rounds for handicap purpose
• CDGA handicaps will be used for all events.
• Players may agree on the rules during play.  
• Unless other conditions agreed upon prior to starting the round a player may play his ball up in his own fairway and down everywhere else.
• If needed, all rule decisions will be governed by USGA rules.

• $40 to join the league
  • $20 for joining the CDGA (if you all ready belong this will be waived)
  • $20 for end of the year awards 
• $19 Dollars per week
  • $14.00 for daily fees 
  • $5 per week for dinner and drinks (mandatory)
• Daily Fees may be paid in full for $125.00. You save $29.00.
• Carts are an additional $7.00 cost
• Passes and FPC will be honored
• Players that cannot attend league are not required to pay that night
