Event Packages

All Weibring Golf Club Outing Packages include:

  • Professional Staff event management
  • Greens Fees and Cart Fees
  • Skirted registration tables
  • Personalized scorecards, cart signs, rules sheet, games listing, and skill contests
  • Tournament scoring and result sheets
  • Use of the Outdoor Pavilion and PA system

Exclusive Shotgun Start Outing

  • 100 Player Minimum – 144 Player Maximum

Modified Shotgun Start Outing

  • 24 Player Minimum – 68 Player Maximum
  • Weibring Staff will assign starting holes utilizing holes 1-18-17-16-15……
  • Weibring Golf Club will accommodate other golfers throughout the day while maintaining the integrity of your event
  • Friday Events – Before Memorial Day and After Labor Day Only
  • Saturday-Sunday-Holiday – Not Available

Tee Time Start Outing

  • 16 Player Minimum
  • All players will begin play on Hole #1
  • Weibring Golf Club will accommodate other golfers throughout the day while maintaining the integrity of your event

Additional Services Available

  • Food Service – There are several different options for food service including continental breakfasts, hot and cold lunches, and full catered meals. The Professional Staff can assist with finding the right menu and catering service provider for your event.
  • Beverage Service – In addition to offering an assortment of soft drinks, the Weibring Golf Club holds a Liquor License which permits beer and wine to be served throughout the day. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through, and served by, Weibring Golf Club staff.
  • Gift and Prize Packages – The Professional Staff is available to help create customized gift/prize packages for every event and every budget. Make the day a lasting memory by offering your players golf balls, hats, shirts, gloves or a variety of other items customized with your logo or ours!

Weather Policy

Outings are responsible for full payment of event fees unless the golf course is closed due to inclement weather or the Professional Staff deem the course unplayable. Every effort will be made to play the event to completion.

  • If the course is deemed unplayable and is closed after the start of play rain checks will be issued equal to the number of holes not played.
  • Constant rain will not suspend, postpone, or cancel the event.
  • Conditions such as frost, lightning, heavy rain, etc. may affect the starting time of the event.
  • Thunder and lightning will suspend play immediately. In such a case play will resume no earlier than 30 minutes after the last strike detected by the WGC lightning detection system
